The iiyama 19” touch monitor has both a DVI and VGA input,
Connect you VGA and USB input from your PC to the touch monitor and connect the sound card with a 3.5mm to composite cable to the AV Receiver.
Connect the AV receiver to the touch monitor with either a DVI m/m or HDMI to DVI cable. You can then connect Sky/Virgin Box, PS3, Wii, X-Box 360, Blue-Ray player with either HDMI or 3x composite cables to the AV receiver.

You then have the best system currently on the planet!!
